The EU association process in Serbiais not possible without professional and trained civil servants. European Integration Office is therefore preparing a Civil Servant Training Programme, for civil servants involved in the association process, which will be submitted to the Serbian Government for adoption in the first quarter of 2005.

BearinginmindthecomplexityoftheEUassociation process in all areas, the whole society is facing a period of constant learning and adjusting, which is why this training programme will involve the civil servants working in the Government and the Parliament, chambers of commerce as well as representatives of local self-governments and establish cooperation with national and international organisations and institutions that are actively involved in the training on European integration.
